- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- We partner with reputable courier and logistics companies to ensure timely delivery.
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days for most locations within India.
- Remote or rural areas may require additional time.
We currently ship only within India.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on location, order weight, and promotional offers.
- Free shipping may be offered for orders above a specified purchase amount (as mentioned on our website).
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS.
- You can use the tracking information to monitor the delivery status.
5. Delivery Attempts
- The courier will make two delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, it will be returned to us.
- In such cases, re-shipping may incur additional charges.
